Someone (Sara? Ashley? An Anon?) mentioned a few months ago about watching movies with HL cast during the hiatus. I would like to recommend “Impromptu” from 1991. This is one of my favorite all-time movies starring the great Australian actress Judy Davis as authoress George Sand who falls in love with Chopin, played by Hugh Grant before he was HG. Emma Thompson is her usual superbness, as is Julian Sands & Bernadette Peters. Mandy Patinkin is Alfred de Musset. Fab comedic period piece. 👍🏽👍🏽

Thanks for the heads up! I like all of those people, particularly Bernadette Peters and, obviously, Mandy. I dragged Sara to “Hello, Dolly!” this summer, actually, because I. Love. Bernadette. Peters.

So, even though I am not a movie person really, I will take this into consideration.
