Just read an article on Julian Schnabel in the Bay Area Reporter. "At Eternity's Gate" is expected to show at the Venice Film Festival in August and at the Musée d'Orsay (in Paris) in October during Schnabel's exhibition there. Make your plans now, all of you European spies! (Was hoping some of Rupert's class rubbed off on Julian last fall, but obviously not. This art lover ain't payin' to see any of his work in San Fran or Paris, even if it is at Orsay.)
Thanks for the info!
Here’s the article, for anyone interested.
I’ll stick with the van Gogh and Monet paintings next time I’m in Paris. This one, Starry Night Over the Rhône by Vincent van Gogh was my favorite when I visited the Musée d’Orsay last summer with Frangi. It’s breathtaking!
